problem with plant height

hello, I have a problem with my ladies, so they grew nicely too nice .. they are in the 3rd week of flowering and in a moment they will literally touch the lamp .. their growth has slowed down significantly but they are very tall anyway. when I put my hand to the tops it is warm but not too hot. what to do in this situation? convert my hps 400 to some led?

First you need to read up on how to properly use that netting next time , weaving the branches thru the net and tying it down
But now if it were me I would bend and snap each branch, tuck them in where possible and then reinforce each bend/break with masking tape

They will survive and reach for the light in a day or two now that the stretch is done

It's the first time I've used a scroog and definitely something went wrong , the vision of breaking all the branches scares me a bit. but this is probably the only way out of this situation ... when I switched the light to 12/12 they were about 30 cm, now May 115 ... I did not think that they are able to fire like this

The first time I walked into my neighbors room he was screaming in horror as I snapped branches and bent them into place

He now does it regularly without fear

As long as the outside skin is intact it will almost always recover

it looks like a real battlefield lol or was it more or less that?

I'm going to remove some leaves and bend them outside. and in the future, how to professionally make a scroog? when to start during vegetation or flowering, and how can you make the best use of this method?
 
A few grows back I grew a Hawaiian Snow that just refused to stop growing. I had to supercrop it daily almost until harvest. Didn't hurt yields at all, that plant produced 10 oz. The funny thing is, it ended up being taller than the tent once I hung it and stretched out the supercropped branches. Just keep supercropping and you'll be fine!

this is my first plant that is so tall and vital, I hope that breaking it won't hurt her either, I'm curious about the yield because it has a lot of buds .. we'll see in 6/7 weeks :)

Guys freak seeing one of my plants after a session. "What the hell happened to it? Something fall on it?"

Besides just snapping (all you can do now) is control length of stems by twisting until you feel it snap. It doesn't stop elongation but simply stalls it. The healing mark looks like a dirty ass crack. Don't freak and don't treat.

Top early. Starting early. Start the supercropping to shape your plant and control canopy height.
