I have had these clones for 6 days. They are under a 400w hortilux blue with 4 20w cfls . they are in happy frog soil with a ph of 6.8. temp of 77-80 at 50% humidity. Im using a hydrofarm daystar ac with 6" fan . The clones are 12 inches from the glass. there is plenty of air movement in the grow box. They seem to be growing about a 1/4 inch a day which is fine but now out of nowhere they have these little white spots on some of the leaves . Does anyone know what this is . I googled it and looked at the problems list here but cant find my problem listed . Please anyone with info on this would be great.

spider mites or thrips. if you don't see eggs, mites, and poop on the bottom of the leaves then it is probably thrips.
Azamax or a spinosad. neem works too but not as well.

I'm going to goggle thrips and find out for myself . But where do they come from?
They come in from outside... or, as gotigers4020 said, from the source of your clones. Mine come from outside. I can walk out the front door and see them on my bushes. They can be hard to spot but the damage is apparent. Sometimes after they are established you can see them on top of the leaves near the bulb but they run very fast and can also fly. They will lay eggs in your soil and can be tough to get rid of.
Best to hit em hard and early. Make sure to follow up your treatment to kill the newly hatched adults. I treat 3 times @ about 7 days apart to make sure. Keep your temps low and try to keep your humidity near 70% if you can.
One more thing...if they return after 3 treatments or are still there, you will need to change products. I use conserve and azamax in a rotation so they don't become immune.

Spidermites. Get rid of the clones and the mum. If you try to grow them till finish it will be a continuous battle with the mites and the mites will win.Start again after scrubbing the room and area clean and use a miticide aswell.

there's also a type of bath that you can give your clones while their still young.....i forget what its called but its like a soap that kills the spidermites....just thought id mention it since no one else did good luck.......
