Problem with yellow dots

Hello people,

I have a grenhouse with several strains:

chocolope - dna
la confidential - dna
tangie - dna
mmg - dna
moby dick - dinafem
original amnesia - dinafem
pure power plant - sensi seeds

they are all getting some dots thats start as a liquid form and then gets yellow.
If someone could help in knowing what da fuck is this, PLEASE!!!!!

White spots usually mean spider mites.
Wipe down both sides of every leaf with ground cinnamon and cloves mixed with neem oil.
It works!!!
