problems starting my plants

Ok so i planted.two mid seeds. And the pop up look fine..then about day 3 start drooping and yellowing. Theres two 23w cfls in.a tubbaware tub. If it.gets in the 90s is that bad for.the plants?

yes ... sounds like your cooking them ... I never have my seedlings above 75, it works well for me.
