Problems with my young cheesling

Hey all, I'm having a weird problem I have never ran into before. Right now I have GHS Cheese on a drip bucket system, I have an air stone in reservoir going under a t5 for beginning of veg. Plant is meant to be a mother, being as I got a variety pack for christmas and havent had much luck growing more than 1 strain in a room. Stem looks almost like its pinched and the bottom couple sets of leaves are starting to look almost burnt/copper color. I'm also having a problem that looks like white mold on both the rockwool and clay rocks. I am using same nutes as the last 3 grows and have never had this problem this early in a grow.

root rot maybe? moldy medium, could be some brown or yellow dead roots in there. the crown or where the stem and roots meet looks like it needs support, you could just fill the pot all the way but you still might have an issue with the nutrient solution or reservoir , does it drip constantly or how often ?

Constant drip, Ived used fox farm big grow and a vitamin b supplement for veg in my past 3 grows. I've pulled the medium back a bit to look for any kind of root rot and everything looks healthy as far as the roots go. Im starting to think it might be ventilation issue this is the first time I've switched rooms and might not be getting enough air movement around base of the plant, could this be an issue?

problem originates from bottom up. which tells me you got a mobile deficiency. and from the looks of your leaves, you got either K def. or cal/mag issue

That white mold looking crap you're talking about is just dried nutrient solution. Nothing to worry about. I get it all the time with drip rings. Waterfarm kit is the once I'm speaking of specifically.
