Problems With Seedling, Lots of Yellow, Pls Help

Let's get right down to business, got a seedling here, around week three. Watering once every other day(A few days ago I'd say otherwise, more like twice a day with a spray bottle, but then was told not to do that). Using Fox Farms Aqua mix. Top looks great, but bottom is just struggle city.

16468614190618890020158993640448.jpg One theory is light burn because the tip of the plant is only 14.5 inches away from the light versus the suggested 18 but I would think the symptoms would be more so on the top of the plant.
I definitely feel like I need to get back on my research game as this is my second grow and I've gotten quite ignorant and careless versus my first grow, where I was researching something new everyday. If you've made it through this thread this far and are willing to help, thank you, really:)
Additional info: Using SF 2x2 light with only one fan, just cleaned the tent up a bit, and the humidity is on the lower level(I only know this because I've put the humidifier on once so far)

Also, don't have a carbon filter, and I don't measure ph. I have a feeling I'm gonna get a lot of angry comments but, just need to share the info. I actually went ahead and researched the average ph in my towns water and it was pretty perfect at a steady 6.3 to 6.8. These can be misleading though because the max I saw in a year was like an 8 lol. However, the last plant went actually pretty well so.

There ain’t no need for angry comments, but if your not measuring your PH, you’re screwing yourself. No matter what kind of fancy nutes and soil you use, if the PH is off, you’re going to have issues. Get your PH in line, make sure that cup has a lot of drainage holes, not just 1 or 2, and consider your PH.

After a second look, you definitely need holes on the bottom and up the sides of that cup. Your plant needs that cycle of wet soil being allowed to dry.

The gray parts could be from the very first two leaves. When they die off, they leave behind a shimmery skin on the main stalk that eventually just falls off.

Way overwatered, stem is probably dampening off. Solo cups are easy, weigh a cup of fresh soil, water when it gets below that weight. They drink about 10 ml(grams)/day.
