Problems with seedlings

Hey, new to this forum and need advice! I am currently growing 3 plants under 2 cfl light both 6500k and a LED …. Heads up though the led isn’t the strongest I don’t think but still have it in the grow area as it does give the plants the light it needs aswel as the CFLs. Anyway I’m growing in coco choir, there in small fibre pots. Not currently feeding them as there so small but I have read that you need to feed in coco so that could possibly be the problem but I wanted advice before I did. One of the plants is a little stretched but have put the cfl close so it’s not stretching anymore thank god lol. Any advice or info will be of help to me. I do have the feed ready to start but again I’m a little paranoid about doing so right now. The feed is canna coco a and b . I have taken a picture of all 3 but ignore the one that’s not opened up. Newly planted but I guess that one will have this same problem once it opens up. Thanks In advance guys!!!

Careful watering them at this stage. Use something like a ml syringe and just give them a little around the plant so you don't drown it. You can feed them a little, like 200 ppm at this point. I'd let rest of the cup dry out as you just focus on watering around the root zone, then expand outward as the plant gets bigger. Once the roots fill out the cup completely, you can feed to 20% runoff to wash out any salts that built up. At that point you transplant and start watering carefully again until you fill out the next size pot. Once the plant is in the final pot AND the roots have filled out the entire thing, then you can start feeding twice per day with plenty of runoff. Runoff keeps a coco grow nice and stable. Overwatering is the biggest threat for new growers with tiny plants. Good luck!

Thank you for your reply I usually give them water every day. There on a 18/6 cycle currently and I always water them once the lights come back on. Usually the day after I gave them water the coco is bone dry and I mean bone dry and the pots are very light so I water them again. So everyday I’m giving them water. Do you think the problems are over watering or do they need food? I will take your advice and start feeding them tomorrow fingers crossed they perk up. Other than the tad yellowing would you say there doing ok? Sorry for all the questions. I have grown in the past but I used bio bizz soil and bio biz feed so this is my first time growing with coco
