propogator question???????????

hey guys,just planted my 4 ultra skunk seeds last night in my propogator,wondering am i carrying out the correct procedure?i have it under a 200 watt flourescent light and am i meant to have the two air flaps open on top?they can be seen in the second photo.how much light/dark should they get and watering ratio also.comments welcome!!!!!!!!!!!

I do believe that they dont need any light until you see green, and I have the same propagator and had one of the 2 holes open, what medium are u using for the plants, I use rockwool and just watered it when the rockwool dried out to make the roots grow and stretch in search of water.

have my seeds on the 18/6 cycle for 3 days now.i can just see the seeds cracked with a small white root(as usual).
im using the earth blocks that were contained in the propogator and just mist them once a day with water.
spose ill stick em in the dark for a while so.
