(Pruning) 3 Bagseed grow -they lost 1 full day cycle, what do I cut?

Hello there RIU, how're they growing?

So, this is my new account (old email was deactivated) and this is a continuation of this grow:
https://www.rollitup.org/t/have-2-b...s-when-to-switch-lights.935203/#post-13387204

There was some major bullshit confusion with my power company, and I was without power for two days (but plants only lost 1 day cycle), and for fear or exposing them to insufficient light, I basically deprived them.
I also deprived them of good ventilation (given the power situation).
If I could go back and handle that differently, I probably would.
Moving on.

They are about 7 weeks old. No preflowers yet (bagseed...).
I think the one on the right, Mary (one hopes), is maybe starting to pistil at some sites, but first timer, so can't be sure (I know what stipules are, though).
I also topped her once.

Little girl (?) is super unstable, which is why I kept it in the solo cup, but probably gonna up-pot it this coming week after they recover from recent bout of stress.

My question is: which of these leaves should I cut now to help speed them along?
Should I be concerned that they are starting to show a lot of secondary/tertiary branches? I feel like that means they are ready for either more light (currently 250W MH) or photoperiod change.
How can I make better use of these branches? (Didn't LST up til now )

Thanks in advance!

Update:
Went to the hydro shop today, the clerk there believes my larger plant may simply be stressed. It's been the one most hit by nute burn.
Anyone else care to weigh in?

Unless you are doing a specific type of pruning with specific intentions (like lollypopping) there is no reason to cut anything I see in those pics. If a leaf is totally withered and fucked up you can cut it, but honestly the plant will get rid of it when and if it's ready. I don't why everybody in the online cannabis community has such a hard on for pruning/defoliating.

Thanks for the input, nano.
I realize the title of this thread pertains to pruning, but I also thought it would catch someone's eye more than "stressed plants, please help".

Is there anything my leaves are telling you besides "I'm stressed"?

Ah yes. Perhaps I didn't ready the text associated with the update pics well enough. That is my bad. The leaf tips could indicate a nutrient burn issue, but the spotting is more of a concern in my mind. Have you been foliar feeding? Have you done a close examination to look for pests?

Hi again, Nano. So my plants are getting over the stress of the "day of no light", as I have come to call it.
I realized that, on top of the incredible stress of a day of no light and bad breathing, the nute concentrations the hydro store clerk gave me over the phone was total bullshit for my grow.
I'm doing a promix-vermiculite grow, a drain-to-waste system, and he told me to look at their website for a GH feed chart (but one that gave concentrations for recirculating-irrigation!!).

So, at this point, my 3 plants have gone through a day of no light, a couple of dry spells, nute burn, pH fluctuations (one of them), poor respiration (day-of-no-light), and confusing/harmful feed schedule/concentrations -- I gave them a "Transition week" feed (more phosphorus) on an 18/6 light schedule, only to realize yesterday that it's meant for when you have already flipped lights to 12/12...

What is the best way to flip them to 12/12?
I have a 600W Philips HPS + mag ballast, and I have read that you can either gradually reduce their daylight, or give them a 24-36h (even 40h..) night, followed by 12h on/12h off regularly.
Which might one recommend?

P.S. Little plant has been up-potted to 7L pot and has responded well. Big plant on the left has shown plenty of pistils, so I am very happy about that. Plant on the right is still giving me a little trouble, but I think pre-flowers may be starting to come in.. Looking like calyxes, but I can't be positive yet.
