Pruning Bottom Leaves

My plants are in there 3rd week of flowering, should i prune some of the bottom leaves that appear not to be producing flowers so just wasting energy that go to the flowers. Or do they act as so called "energy banks".

Here are pics of the bottom of the plants:

LOL I want know same thing. Iam growing with cfls and not much light at the bottom. My avatar is only picture I could get to load what do you think week 3 flower first grow.

I trim my lower growth after the stretch period as well. Bad lower growth and popcorn is something i really don't want.

Keep them. Your plant is no longer in the vegetative growth stage, therefore those leaves aren't sucking up energy to grow, just producing it. Listen to whoever you want, but science is on my side.
