pruning large leaves while flowering

My plants are in flowering with about 1 month to go.Lots of nice fat buds.Can i pinch off them giant fan leaves or will that stress the plant in any way?

Dam leaves are soo big they are blocking the light! If taking the big leaves off help put more energy into make bigger buds then im there.Ya know what i mean man..

Yeah Man, what the hell was Mother Nature thinking when she put them there anyway??

Dude,
Big fans are big for a reason. They are the "solar collectors" that produce the energy the plant needs to produce bud. Would you give a woman a gastric bypass and still expect her to gain weight? Try tying them off to one side or something. Don't cut the fans.

some people are against tucking and pruning, but i did both to my plant with no noticed stress. that was my thought too- that trimming leaves in the way of the lights would help other stuff develop. But of course that big fan leaf in the way is still capturing a bunch of light which the plant is using too. .
