Pruning, trimming, LST, FIM, super cropping, lollipopping?

Ive read the articles can anyone show me how? Should I use a combination of methods? Would like to try scrog but the netting seems like a pain. Here are pics of my current girls. I would like to achieve an even canopy (or as close to it as I can) so I can achieve max production by placing the lights as close as possible. Looking to achieve the maximum yield. you can use a combination of methods.

LST is a method of getting more light to the bottom parts of the plant and making it grow in a stubbier denser fashion. if you have limited space and want to achieve maximum light distribution, this is the way to go. get some wire hangers (I use fencing) and make hooks that will hold down your top branches and expose the lower branches and leaves of the plant to your light. keep doing this until you feel your plant is growing in the preferred shape.

basically the more light the lower branches get, the bigger they will get in proportion to the main stem.

topping consists of cutting off a tip of a branch at an internode leaving the leaves intact. this will cause two branches to grow from the internode instead of one.

same with supercropping. this consists of breaking a branch at an internode yet leaving the snapped stem intact and attached to the plant. if done properly, another branch will grow from the snapped internode.

All the techniques (including LST) are ways to control the plant's energy distribution mechanisms. Basically you must decide which leaf or branch is more important to prune or train according to your own needs. it comes more naturally then you think, just use common sense.
