what is the best method of pruning. because i am flowering and i just pruned mine and i hope i didn't F it up.

once your plants hit flowering you shouldn't prune further

so since i did prune after flowering what will happen

Depends on what ya cut off the plant.

Is there a reason why pruning while flowering is bad ? I'm just about to enter 12/12 so maybe I should know if I am to do it now or later.

doesn't give the plant time to adjust it's flowering, but if you prune before it has time to veg a little before it works on it's flowers
