Pulling down my main stems and the middle Is getting tall

Should I be pulling down the branches that grew off the main stems also or how should I go about keeping the upward growth down

theres a method of bending you can try, comes under the name of low stress training i believe

you want it grow up to the net. i cant see any stems needing worrying about

I let the resulting branches grow up and become colas. If you keep training then you get more branches, at some point it's too much and all you get is a bunch of small buds. To get big buds you want the right number of colas.
