so if i have 3 cups of raw moist seeds, i have 360 grams of seeds. that leaves 2kilos left of flesh.
so i can multiply my flesh chart by 16.7 and my seeds chart by 3
ill acknowledge the trace elements but for sake of NPK value what do i have?
8.4g Potassium K
20g Protiens (N)
.18g Phosphorus P
looks alot like 20-.2-8.4 if it were severely concentrated.
but that is quite unlikely you'll acquire that without an evaporation of the final liquid.
so for practicality this will make a soupy liquid that will be filtered from the pulp later.
i have pureed the entire pumpkin in a proportional amount of water. 1 kilo: 1 liter
i then brought the temperature up to 160F for an hour in a large pot.
there are at least 133g Carbohydrates. I want these as ferment-able sugars like in beer brewing.
they are broken down into the water at 150-170F over an hour or two.
i am using a 2 gallon carboy containing;
2qrt clean, nonchlorinated water
2qrts water + 5 lbs whole pumpkin pureed and cooked for an hour and brought down to room temperature
1 cup of EMe or lactoserum
1/2 to 1 cup of molasses
1 qrt of kombucha (optional for biodiversity)
the first process is complete when ph is 2-3 or about 1-2 weeks.
make sure you save a small handful of seeds to replant your pumpkin patch!

this is live action because you gotta wait with me for 1-2 weeks for it to ferment. sorry
