i'm doing this journal just for the sake of seeing what a LED light can actually do. i chose the apollo full spectrum 75w ( 50w actual ) ufo since its the only one that can fit into my case measuring at 6.5". the light itself came with one led blown. my grow area is 24"x16"x8.5". so far it only gets 75 degrees at the highest which is the ambient temperature of the room its in. i'm implementing a heat pad just in case of a cold night.
anyway, i lined the area with a heat blanket from walmart and an exhaust and intake fan.
so far i am exactly one week in. first 6 days were cfl just to get it started so i didnt have any fails then switched to LED so its not 'pure' per-say but its close.
i'm growing them in one pot but its divided underground so they dont root into each other for the time being then switching them to 5" square pots.
i'm also going to be doing a end of the week updates and not a everyday one bc i tend to forget. lol
the strains are: blue dream, mellow fellow ( my own strain ) and sour diesel. i got the sour D and blue dream from my guy but idk if they are feminized, my mellow yellow is feminized.
