Pure Par Veg and Bloom

I have spent hr's researching the Pure Par bulbs, to no avail, So I have bought 8 veg and 4 bloom and I will test them my self. plants are just over 3 weeks old. the lights were introduced this evening Lux reading at 8 inches away is respectable for T5 I think.. 25600 lux. I have always had nice yields for a little 8 buib T5 using 6500k and 3000k. This may work out or not, I am running strains that I have ran before So I know to some extent what the outcome should be

432 watts on one. 216 watts on the other. the lux reading at 8 inches was 25600.. which isn't bad.

How much is 432w of 4ft t5 in US?
I have 96w of 2ft t5 that I paid 65€ 2 years ago...I will soon switch to cob...cxa 2530 4000ºk...11 of it for 196w in a 3.5x3.5x4.5 for vegg till they grow to 1/1.5 feet then bloom under cxb3590!
