Ok so I have a 600watt HPS cooltube with carbon filter and fan all on the same line. If anyones is interested I can give more info on the gear.
Anyway does this kind of method work?
What I am planning is to grow 12/12 from seed so I never need to change the lights.
I hope to be able grow 9 small plants under the HPS by small I want each plant to yield around 2oz minimum.
but what I want to do is add in another 9 plants half way through this grow. And then another 9 when the first 9 get harvested.
So what I am trying to do is half the time between harvests, and keep the room constantly producing.
Plants are going to be in 6.5l pots unless this seems too small near the end in which case I will up to 11l pots. With regards to space I have loads of floorspace 2.5m x 2m but not so much head height (loft).
Is this a good idea or will I run into problems with it?
At the end there is my fan. What I've done is wrapped it in insulation then stapled an old bedsheets around it to hold the insulation on, It's as quiet as a whisper from another room, the oscillating fan makes more noise than my outtake!
