Purple Kush 400w 4 plant soil 1st grow

Hello everyone,
I decided to start a journal of my grow so everyone can learn from my mistakes.
I am currently in week 4 of veg, and here is some info on the grow

Nutrients:
Botanicare PBPG
CalMG+
Liquid Karma
Superthrive

Water: RO
Water PH: 5.8
Soil PH: about 7
Ambient Temps: 78
Soil Temp: 74
Humidity: 50-60
Photoperiod: 24hrs
Light: 400w MH Air cooled hood

Watering every 2-3 days 48oz
feeding every other watering (with ph balanced water after adding nutes to approx 6.5 to 7)

1 week ago i flushed plants (in 3gal pots) with 8 gals water each plant

watered 2 days later no nutes

Fed 4-5 days after flush w/ 2.5ml/gal of pbpg, 2.5ml calmg, 2.5ml liquid Karma, 1 drop/gal superthrive

I am LSTing

the plants are sick... not sure whats wrong... yellowing fan leaves, interveinal chlorosis (and browning) from tip in
Leaves are clawing and making a V shape, look for yourself

i thought it was a salt buildup or something of the sort so thats why i flushed. they grew ALOT after flush but are still showing signs of something

regardless of their yellowing leaeves/sickness they seem to be growing quickly
