Purple spot on plant, What is this!?

Why is my leafs curling like that curling and the purple. right after they poped and stretch a little i burried the stem and was forced to transplant sooner. So I did that. After doing that I put my seedlings from CFL to HPS 400 WATT, and I put the light a couple of inches awway from the glass and the top of the leaves. People said the light is to strong now its about 4 feet away, I've been reading up that the curling can happen from overwatering so, now i'm giving it way less water, I herd also the curling can be caused from the leaves not having water so, now instead of watering soil, I usally wait it out a bit more before watering the top and I just got done spraying the plants with fresh water, but omgsh what do you guys think. The growing of the leaves seem to stop, on my last test plant which is the same plant looked like everything else so I said let me look at the roots, to be honest their white, i dont really see brown a little not to much so that means i kind of overwatered, like I said I fix that already. But what should i do, should I get meds for my seedlings or what. Heres a picture of how the rest looks its about the same except for this purple dot. The plant is Fucking Incredible, the plant is purple itself is it the color of the plant or a diesease?

Dont mist the plant to much this is the time the plant lerning whare to feed from
so you want to start a with a good foundation get the roots going and spreading. 400 watts is a little mush on a new born at 4 foot away still a bit much but it shouldnt kill it. the over watering is probly right. and the leaves your trippen about you can gently pull those off. the rest looks nice and green so your good
cut back on the water. and prune those leaves off.
peace
