Purple Veins and Yellowing week 1 Flower Organic Soil

I thought I was in the clear so I decided to start the flower cycle. So far I'm regretting the decision. This lemon tree is a tree at this point so I really didn't have a choice. Now my leaves are really light green to yellow in color with purple veins on some not all. All the plants Ive grown has had a little variation of light green to yellow on the new growth but this is different. As an attempt to fix it on my own I transplanted from a 10 gallon to a 18 gallon tote and top dressed the sides and top 2-3 inches with lobster compost and worm castings. The last time I transplanted she took off after 2 days so hopefully she is just hungry but I want to hear some other thoughts on the matter.

Temp: 75-80 day 62-68 night
PH: Organic No till
Nutes: Coots mix with minerals from BAS
Compost teas or recharge, comfrey extract, silica, top dress with craft blend BAS every two weeks, corn sprout teas and aloe water.

To me it's hungry.

Hopefully the bigger container with the fresh soil and top dressing will fix her up.
