Either 125w or 250w I would think. That is if they are mogul base.

Its not 1500 watts. That is equivalent. That means nothing for the plants. You need the actual watts. Its probably a 250 or 300 actual watts. It might be 125. It should tell you somewhere.

125 would do one plant or couple smaller ones.

If you can average .25gpw, that would be 30g. So somewhere around that.

If it is scrog and spread out maybe double that number.
I would also make a reflector out of shiny stove pipe or buy one.
