I think you would get the same or better yield if you removed some plants.
To many plants in too small of an area to max each plant out.

Just my .02 good luck either way

I think a bigger tray would set him in the right direction. 2k in 3x6 is overkill. I run a 6x6 per 1k

Fresh air. I used to run 2 4x4 trays and everything on the edges were junk. Never really produced. 3x6 is the biggest tray I could fit in the space I had to work with.

Here are a few pics from the last run. They get tall but not too branchy. Kinda why I have them spaced how they are. But feedback is what im looking for :)

Since you arent vegging them for too long you wont get to where branching and new growth impedes existing bud sites.
Through trial and error you will find the perfect ratio and space per plant to maximize.
My only concern about running more is usually me trying to keep plant counts down to be explainable as mine.

You got yourself some yielders in there! Get yourself a lumen output meter. To see where you are losing your light. 4x4 should never have fluff on the outside. Like I said I run 6x6 sometimes and still don't get a bunch of fluff . I hope you pull your yields I'm going to watch this for sure . Good luck

Now you can see the extra few days the other clones got in the cubes. Should finish around the trellis

Flood once when the lights come on. 1.8ec

You are looking for 1.12 grams per watt at a little over 124 grams per sq foot I have never seen that much per sq. ft but i would love to see it

I would cull the ones you have started training around the edge of your net.

A nice uniform canopy is important.

Starting with uniform clones is a good place to start.

Just to put this in perspective, I'm currently running 2kW of HPS to light over 90 ft² of trellis area. I think you're asking an awful lot of a very small space and overcrowding will become a limiting factor.

Cross your fingers n hope to Fuck you don't get spidermites or powdery mildew in there, you'd never be able to deal with it effectively!

I dont know about it being too dense I just cant imagine 5 plants per sq. ft with each yielding nearly an oz dry. Maybe if you cover all the walls with a vertical SOG (a 5 plane SOG) then I think you'd have a more reasonable shot at your 5lb goal

Thanks for the input. I am limited by space. Going to try different ways to maximze the space.

I forgot to take shots with the lights on......
