Question about CO2

I received a exhale CO2 bag and was wondering if it was needed and if it was safe to use im growing inside of a 4x4 grow tent inside of my home

Safe to use but worthless in a tent. You exhaust your tent and thus any CO2 you add is also being exhausted.
