Question about curing

Was wondering if I should pull my plants when the lights are on or off. I have heard that you should pull them with the lights off so I was wondering if this is right.

Doesn't matter just harvest when the thrichomes are at the amber stage of your choice. The more amber the stronger. Most people cut at 25-50 % amber depending upon the high desired. Sounds like old wives tale. Just cut the branches off when ready and dry in a cool dark place then trim and cure. Check many of the good threads on harvesting and curing. ( How are you going to see to do this in the dark?).

Best time to harvest is in the early morning right after the night cycle. THC will be the most potent during this part of the day. As the day goes on the plant gains energy for THC production at night, also when you cut during the day or evening you wil have more nutrients in the system. So very early morning is the best time or right when lights come on in the grow room.
