Question about cutting nodes in flower? Pics Inside.

High all. I have a question regarding my plant, and I know you all can help me out.....


The two lowest full nodes on one side of my plant are about 5" long, and all the other nodes are barely 2". So my question is should I cut these off to get more growth at the top of the plant, or is this growth good?

If they do need to be cut, should I cut just the long branch or the fan leaf as well?

Final question is can I use these clippings for a clone, even if they have a small amount of pistils?

She is at 14 days of flower, topped, and is 9.5" tall.

Sorry for so many questions....Just been too busy to post in a while...You guys rock!

It could go either way.

If you clone it they may take a while to root.

So would you recommend cutting the nodes so the top gets more food/energy?

Is this your only plant? I forgot... and I'm too lazy to go back and read. If it is your only plant let it grow.

No, I have an orange crush plant at the same age.

What lighting? If you have enough lighting let it go, if not cut it.

I am using CFL'S and have 14 of the 23 watt's and 2 of the 65 watts.

Eh, let it go, pull the top down and bend the main stalk to be the same height as the lower branches. It is called super cropping if you damage it a bit, this is fine. If you don't then you have to tie it over and this is called LST.
