Question about flowering times from "The Tude"

I'm preparing my order from "The Tude"
I was wondering about what they put on their flowering time descriptions
Is it based on soil or hydro?
I'm doing a SoG and want my plants to be ready on a bi weekly rotation.
Some of their seeds list at 12 weeks but not sure if that would work out to be 10 in hydroponic growing or what.

Two weeks faster is probably a good estimate for hydro although I find that I usually have to flower two weeks longer than they say all the time. 8 week strain is 10 weeks for me because I usually fuck something up.
