Question About Harvesting Multiple Plants

This is my very first grow, so bear with me if this is a stupid question...

I have three plants flowering. It looks like one is going to be ready to harvest significantly before the other two. Is it typical to harvest different plants at different times? Or do you generally try to harvest all your plants at the same time?

Think of it this way. If you have two tomato plants that were planted at the same time, one had red tomatoes and one still had green tomatoes Which plant would you pick the fruit from and eat first?

I would expect clones to be ready all at the same time. Different strains or even different phenotypes of the same strain might be ready at different times even under the same conditions.

Actually a staggered grow is the best way if you can...it's a fuck of a lot of work doing all the trimming and harvesting on the plants... If you use bagseed its always bagseed surprise..different types & times..good for you to learn on...
Welcome, enjoy...read FAQ... :)

Staggering grow cycles are definitely the way to go. Sitting for hours at a time trimming gets pretty boring. I have mine setup to have a plant mature every 1 or 2 weeks. Move one plant out move another one in.

Yes many trybto harvest at the same time. But when they arent ready at the same time. Harvest what is ready when it becomes ready. Why am I even answering this. IS this even a question.

hey man i know what all these folk are sayin, but the best way to get to mature trichcomes is to getta microscope at radio shack (USA) 13.99$, check the all decient sized nuggets (bit of a process) but when all the trichomes are 50% amber in colour time to pluck that nugget! i usually have nuggets drying all the time (first in first out)
But yea the high is top of the line. Plus you give your bottom nuggets more time and light when you pluck as they reach max potencey. GOOD LUCK MANG..
PUFF PUFF PASS!!
