Question about Rapid Rooters

I started several seeds in RR's and am getting ready to move them into and aero/NFT system (like StinkyBud's). Should I worry about the RR's holding too much water on the roots? If so any tips on removing the RR's? I would assume I would do it VERY carefully and try to minimize damage done.

Thoughts and or inputs appreciated. Thanks!

i start my seeds in rr's in a small aero unit. then transfer to dwc netpots and then finally into hempy buckets. never had a problem with holding too much water in my opinion. as long as they aren't submerged, you should be fine
