Question about revegging clones

I took some clones 3 weeks into flowering. What's the soonest I could flower these clones, once rooted? They are growing weird looking leaves typical of revegging. Do I have to wait until it shows normal veg growth again before I flower them, or does it matter?

Takes a few weeks to get good veg and flower again flipping then so soon could stress them a lot and cause probe from my xp and stunted growth a lol bit
