Question About Seedsman Orders To US / Owasso Oklahoma Dispatch

I was told my order arrived in a batch to the US. Two days ago, I received a tracking number initiated at Owasso Oklahoma ( dispatch ). But they have still not actually made it to the post office. Tracking simply says the label was created for past couple days.

Trying to understand why the package has not been processed through the post office yet.

The last message from Seedsman says I can not even bother contacting them if the tracking never works until after the 13th of this month.

Does anyone know anything about contact information for this Owasso Oklahoma dispatch, phone, email ? Seedsman will not give me any contact info for them.

Because DeJoy has completely screwed up the USPS

I get all that about Dejoy. But I send and receive packages a lot, every week. When the tracking number is initiated, the package starts showing movement in the system either the same day or for sure the following day.

Shit happens nothing is going to make it come quicker

What you are saying is common with how Seedsman ships to the US. The batch made it here, but it will take a LONG time before you see movement again. I don't use Seedsman anymore-Attitude is faster and has much better customer service-but don't worry it will get to you eventually.

Unusual that any company would initiate a tracking number and not bother to get it to the post office.

But ok, thank you Rurumo.. Guess no choice but to wait.

My last seedsman ordered 4 months ago got to the states quickly but once here it took forever to move around and finally get to Tulsa and then here. About 6 weeks total

My seedsman seeds ended up stuck at a sorting centre in Canada for two weeks or more - it’s true seedsman won’t follow up until a certain amount of time passed. My order finally showed up, before the time limit. I agree, just hang tight.

I got a small package from Canada. It sat somewhere in Illinois for several weeks until it was finally transferred to the USPS. Your order is most likely delayed by the international carrier, not the post office.

I went 3 weeks without a tracking number from seedsman, and asked for my money back.... I can't wait that long. I start worrying that I can't get a refund through my bank beyond 30 days.

I ordered from Herbie's a few times, and it was always 10-14 days from Spain to Ohio. But they [critically] had a Spanish post tracking number the next day, It would then go dark for a week, then end up in USPS.
