Question about smell Blue mystic

So some of the reading I've done on the forums (since I'm a newb) has been really helpful. I was wondering, is anyone else growing the Blue Mystic strain? (nirvana seeds) the smell of the buds at about a week from harvest, smell like a fruity onion. Is this a normal smell of this strain? In a way it smells good, but it also smells funky. I'm guessing the smell changes during drying/curing? Thanks.

The smell will also be different when the lights come on than it will be when they go off.

I grew nir blue mystic last year and if u have a carbon filter there will be no snell at all.on the other hand.i grew auto.s which I got 2.5pp but very little thc or cbd.so I wont be growin ig again. The best iv had from nirvana was their nl fems.best smoke ive ever had and I believe most of todays new strains are crossed with nl.
