Question about this plant and transplanting it(pics included)

This seed I germinated last friday and it cracked sunday and I planted it sunday In root riot cubes.

My questions are this,

From the pictures below you can see about 4 to 5 of the roots are coming out, however the plant is barely a week old.

Currently I am hand feeding them, and they are sitting open and the roots are not covered as of right now.

I am plannin on planting this plant in a deep water culture hydroponic system. When should I transplant this?

And currently it is under a full spectrum 75 watt LED light, and when it gets a bit bigger ill most likely put it under a different light.

I have 1000 watt MH dimmable light, as well as a 450 actual watts of LED, which one should I use? Ill have 6 plants Total.

I also attached my LED lights.20150507_210813.jpg20150507_210817.jpg 20150507_210813.jpg 20150507_210817.jpg

I would reccomend the 450w of led for veggiing them. 1000w is a wasteful when the plants are small, and for vegging period really, unless you are growing trees. I used my 1000w to veg my first couple of runs but now use 600w MH. I keep them under a 80-100w T8 florescent when they first pop open, then to a 200w t5 florescent for a week or 2 (depending on size), then I drop the 600w MH over them until they fill out my veg room. Then they go to the 1000w HPS for flower.

Thanks for the reply.

I will use the LED lights than, however the roots are already showing do I need to place these into a bucket with water now? Or should I wait another week. They are still in the first week?

I run in soil. That being said, I would be getting ready to transplant if I was getting multiple roots poking through the root riots. But check with someone who knows your style of growing first.
Scratch that, that plant is still to young let it get a good set of true leaves at least first.
Nice root development though.
Wait another week.
