Question about this "yield" I keep seeing

I plan on buying some Afgan(first time grow) and I was wondering what this means:

Yield (Sea of Green on one m2) : 350-450

Does that mean in Grams?

it usually means how much they expect you to get if you grew using a sea of green technique using whatever light they based it on.

sensi seeds is on 400w.

i can't say about nirvana,

if you go through most of the plants you will see that most plants are around the 400 mark,


if its under it is below average yield above is well you guessed it

strains like black domina and hash plant and ultimate indica are bigger yielders and can produce upto 600g in a 3ft x 3ft area

greenhouse are a little bit over the top with their claims and they say upto 900g but i don't think they use the same standards as others

It is a square meter. A square meter is about 10 sq ft. So if you are doing a SOG grow and you have about 10 sq ft you should yield about 350-450 grams. The conditions must be right to get the yield. The yield on the seed sites is the best case grow for indoor.
