Hopefully it isn’t taken. Remember there are tons of US based seed banks. This way you bypass customs all together.
Now I'm really worried I just thought I was getting a good deal

Let’s hope next round look to other seed banks here. The seed section here has plenty of info on US based banks. A simple search will give you several threads of recent that I myself have commented on which banks I get seeds from.

fuck outta the USA... I lost almost $800 customers got mine at JFK airport matter of fact I just thru out letter yesterday when I was cleaning out a stash tote because I thought id never need to read it again wish I didn't I would post so u know what it looks like ….needless to say I will never order from spain again the company pretty much told me to get fucked even though I showed them it was intercepted smfh

gets better 1st the company sends me a notice that some of my bills are to old they wont take anything prior to 1994 so they send me back my $150 it takes 6 weeks mean while they are sitting on $650 of mine so I get it and send out $150 in new bills no problem 3 weeks later I get a notice order shipped no tracking almost 4 weeks after that I get a notice from jfk airport customs intercepted a package from spain wtf I contact company and they dick me around so I email copy from customs and they don't take responsibility for lost or confinscated packages lmfao so yea I was out $800

now I had shit confinscated from nirvana and they resent and I got it the second time but this other place flat out fucked me like a big company in Canada that's well known got me for over $600 they said they never got my money that's BS and they are a well known company when I confronted them I was told too bad that's a chance u take when u send cash lol

Depends on shipping Method chosen ( standard / stealth ) as certain banks will not resend if you chose normal mailing.
I order from overseas all the time ( Tssc ) never had anything stopped or taken.
Maybe also what neck of the woods in USA you are but here on the west coast , I get my shit.
Keeping orders discreet in size pays off too.
Tssc has shipped over 15 orders and no issues so far. Lurk the forum ( seedbanks ) and see what others say of their ordering experience , etc.

i've only ordered from GYO seed bank. first time i got mine took maybe a week or slightly over a week to get my package. i just ordered last week thursday or friday from GYO again but a bigger amount. hoping it doesn't get caught in customs but it is a US based seed bank. they have a UK based seed bank as well i believe which is what causes issues. even on their website they state if you order stealth shipping which i do they will refund you. if your don't they won't. it costs like $11 extra but i mean for a lot of money it's better to have it then not to.
this is why before i buy from ANY company i read the fine print. if they don't state they won't resend seeds with a copy of your customs letter then i don't purchase from said company.

Some seedbanks offer refunds/will resend, if you show them they were confiscated. Most of the time you have to pay more though for these assurances. I’ve had seeds confiscated a few times, and thankfully was able to get my merchandise on the 2nd time around. My packages literally sat at ISC for close to 2 months before they arrived wrapped in shiny green customs tape and contained nothing but a letter stating my seeds were confiscated. But I’ve also never sent cash, only MO or credit card.

never send anyone anwhere cash for anything....ever.....money order or card. period.i guess bitcoin if you want to fuck with it.....even a pain in the ass international bank draft is better than cash. it's just asking for the first asshole to open the envelop to go to lunch on you....

It does not matter if you paid for Express shipping. CBP is not the mail man they could give a fuck less if your package sits there for months.
Take a breath & relax there are thousands, upon thousands, upon thousands of packages that go through JFK on a daily basis. There maybe 10 CBP agents that go through the mail. It takes time my man. As long as you have not gotten a letter I wouldnt worry about it yet.
I won a contest a few months ago. The package was sent out the next day. (Friday afternoon) it was in JFK the next morning. It sat there for almost a week. That following Friday the package was at my house. So 7 days in total from uk to my door. I won another contest back in November. I was told the beans were sent out a few days later. I was not provided tracking for this contest. I've yet to receive the package or letter. Could be lost in the mail I mean yeah it was free but it still sucks that I've not gotten it yet.
You also got to realize that you ordered beans last week during the busiest time of year. People are on holiday, facilities are closed & Christmas just ended a few days ago! Do You know how many more packages go through JFK during the holidays? Me either but I know it's more than any other time of the year! Relax and be patient if you have not gotten your beans within 25 days then it's time to worry but a week or two, take a breath! Also, if your seeds were taken by CBP it's not because they are cannabis seeds! Its because they are an agricultural product.
When tracking says isc new york they are sitting in customs. They put packages through xray machines. They dont usually open a package just to open a package. Something has got to be off about it. Every now and then they will open a rando but mostly they just put it through the machine.
The other thing is, even though alot of banks send stealth, CBP has caught on to tactics. If you open a package that looks like this and find beans, then a few days later you see another package that looks like the last one, they open it!
It also does not help that there are certain kinds of special people. who get their beans shipped stealth. then those very same special people go online and post pictures of said stealth packaging bragging about how stealthy the package is and yadda ya. It ruins the whole stealth thing. It does not matter if cannabis is legal in states. It's still illegal to mail even if you order from a bank in the states.
I will suggest to people who end up reading this in the future. stick with a bank in the states if you're in the states. If you do order from overseas never send cash or a money order. Fuck I wouldnt even pay with bitcoin nor paypal, venmo or the likes. Credit/debit is king when ordering anything from another country. If that bank does not except credit or debit go somewhere else! I'm not going to get into reason' why you should only pay with credit/debit! It' really self explanatory & if you use a little common sense you should get it. Yes, yes, I know most people lack in that department but if you dont have enough sense to understand then you shouldn't be shopping for beans in the first place. Shit if you cant or dont understand why then you probably shouldn't be growing in the first place.
