So everything has gone wrong so far. The good news is I get to redo alot! I want to simplify and I'm thinking window a/c with 2 6inch can fans and carbon filters (I already own) running in the room recirculating the Rooms air and suplemental co2. The question I have Is having 2 carbon filters recirculating about 800 cfm in a 575 cfm room adequate alone for odor control I'm Specifically worried about the window a/c venting smell outside. there will be no in or outs for this just the window a/c. Hoping to have exposed bulbs 1000watt hps

Coben, it appears that your primary concern is that the A/C is going to dump odors to the outside. That isn't the way that a room A/C works, the air that you feel moving on the outside of the unit is outside air being sucked in and blown across the condenser (hot) and back outside. The cool room air is sucked in from the front, room side, blown across the evaporator coil (cold) and back into the room.
