Question about where to harvest and dry my crop

I have one Dolato from Jordan of the Islands finishing up right now, looking about a week or so out from chopping. I have a newborn in the house, and also don't want the house stinking like dope. My grow is set up in the cold cellar in a tent. The ceiling in my cellar is loose pink insulation which I don't want in my drying weed so that is my last resort drying area. I have a dehumidifier in that room with Temps around 75 outside the tent. I have 2 other plants that are 3 weeks behind this one. So I can't dry in the tent. Only other option is my garage. I live in Ontario and it's getting to around 52 ° f in my garage with rh at 66 -71 %, is this okay for drying my crop if I cut it down and hang the branches? Only have 2-3 oz worth

I would just hang them outside tent
The smell should still go thru the tents filter
It would take forever to dry in that garage

Dry it in a small tent In there or wardrobe box, wardrobe box has a hanging bar. You can get one cheap Keep it cool—~65f. Keep it 60rh with humidifier or dehumidifier.

Use the garage but you must have a fan moving air at that RH.

Take a medium-sized cardboard box and inside the box, diy a hanging system (clothes line, clothes pins, ect),
poke holes in the box for air, place a frozen 1 gal container inside box to keep temps lower than 75F.
Every 3-4 hours replace the container. Store the box in the cellar.
