Question: closet grow / light system

The wife finally agreed to put aside her paranoia and allow me to grow.
Being that my child entered his wonderful twos and turned into a demon, the only safe place i have is my bedroom closet that is roughly 3x3.5 feet and not sure if it matters but its about 7 feet in height.

so obviously a small space, but the only safe one and the town i live in is a complete failure so i have no choice but to grow.

so my question is: what is the cheapest route i can take in the way of lights? as far as watts and type goes

*there is no light socket in the closet, but i can work around that of course.

Edit: found these, would a few of these work? looking at the 2500°K and the 555 lumens, could get 3-4 of these and hopefully would do the trick?

Naw, If I was going to light a small space on a budget and want the most lumens for my buck I would go with the 23 watt CFLs.
Tell ya what. I would go to the lighting section at the depot and buy two vanity light fixtures for about $12 each and hang them side by side and fill the sockets with CFLs.

What you really need is a 400w but you can get a few oz's with a couple hundred watts of CFL's

put 2 fans in there one for circulation and blowing the air out the closet. then another to cool the lights!
