18on/6off is reccommended over 24on because the dark cycle promotes root growth which will keep the plant firmly rooted and will help the plant absorb food better.

Oops. simple mix up, ive been reading about 216 a bit lately. (anybody listen to Mushroomhead)
I used to listen to them a few years ago. Then they came out with this album which was called "XIII" (I think?) and it was horrible. So not anything new from them. :blsmoke:

In my opinion, you will not have enough light. I grow with floros, but I have 10 28w 6500k CFLs and 5 18w 24" eco-grow tubes. For flowering I will actually add 4 more CFLs and switch to 2700k.
