Question on led lights

Maybe good for early veg, thats about it.

color temp is very high at 8k-10k...fine for veg not so much for flower. most are using 3500k or lower for flower.

You’re bigoted against led. You’re wasting money on electric bills. Traditional isn’t always correct.
That said, this street light shit has to be a joke.
