question on lst

hey all im 4 weeks into veg and i wanted to try an advanced technique, my plants are about 6 inches with the tallest being 7 inches with 5 main stem nodes, is it too late to lst or can i just go higher up on the plant, the main stem is pretty thick and doesnt want to bend as much

If you have trouble bending any of your plants to try LST then just do it a little each day until you get it where you need it to go.

When the stems strengthen up during veg it can get a little difficult to bend them in 1 try so you have to try and do it gradually in order to get the desired position.

^Agreed. If you go a little bit each time, it'll work the same. Actually, you could probably get it done in one day, if you went and bent them every hour or so. It doesn't take very long for them to conform to their new position, when bent.
