Question on soil amount in pot (Easy Rep given)

Hey RUI i understand that you need to put a seedling a few cm under so that it can get enough to grow, but now it is about 5 weeks in can i put more soil in so the roots grow up? or will it not make a difference? (Will they not grow up and use the extra soil i put in?)

Your sure can. Wherever the stalk is buried with the additional medium it will root. When transplanting you can even pinch a bottom node or two and plant it deep enough to cover them. No worries......

if your seeds have poped out the dirt then yes you can add more durt up the stem, just don't water it at the stem

Just fll the pot to the top if you can. Your roots will grow up. Ive got 2 kush in 20l pots full to the brim and the roots have filled the pots. Is your stem coming right out of the top of the pot so no leaves are below the brim of the pots?

Thanks and i didnt know not to water around the stem, why shouldnt you?

Oh i see thats what that is! I have the early stages/minor stem rot i will make a note now, but when i feed all the water seems to run down and out the sides quick :(

Yeah i dont like seeing long stems and so that the pot is full letting them grow more?
