Question regarding 12/12 light cycle and dual spectrum ratio

Hello to the RIU community, My name is mr.eman and I've been lurking for a while getting a little incite and savaging some useful what to do's and more importantly what not to do's, as I prepare my self and my lady friends. I'm planning a 12/12 from seed stealth grow 2 plants 4'H x 3'W x 2'D cab. Lights will be CFL's Mixed Spectrum . I have a 125w(actual wattage) feliz cfl 6500k(4821 lumens) that I bought before taking interest in a 12/12 grow and and 4 2700k 42 actual watt bulbs(2600 lumens each). I also have 4 small 13w 6500K's(810 lumens each). My dilemma is what combination/ratio of spectrum would best suit this type of grow. Thanks in advanced for any knowledge and experience that any one out there would like to share. It will be greatly appreciated.

Generally you want to do a 3 to 1 bulb ratio 6500's for veg, 2700s for flower. However you want to get as close to 10k lumens p/sq foot for flowering otherwise you might not be happy with your
density/quality..... Then again I'm on my first grow so I dont really know anything.
