Question, very confused!

Yep another one.

Ok, So I am growing in soil that already has nutes in it and I am wondering when to add my own nutes. When adding my nutes it says, Add 1 tablespoon per gallon. But my soil gets dry REALLY fast and I have to water is 3 times a day or else it is completely DRY. So I am confused on if I should just water it once with the nutes and then don't water it again. Also, my soil doesn't get wet on the bottom, only on the top inch or less. So I am wondering if the nutes would reach the roots.

Thanks boys...!

sounds like you are in some really bad soil
it really does need to drain in order to grow properly

get some good soil and transplant asap

also start with 1/4 of what the nute package says

I was thinking about MG moisture control. But not too sure. I will check about espoma though for sure, which product in general of theirs do you recommend?

I am also wondering how often to apply the nutes and also if it would be ok for a while to just poke a hole in the soil to water near the roots

MG soil may give you problems due to the time release nutes in them. Also you shouldn't need to water so often. How old are you plants? What size pot are they in?

Nevermind, I think my problem was I was watering with a sprayer, I now am watering with a water bottle and the bottom of the soil is wet and I poked some holes in the pot to let the excess leak out.
