Okay so my plant ends as seen in these pictures died, and i just broke off the dead ass part. BUT, the rest of the leave looks life, healthy green, ad growing, only the tip of the plant died. So my question is should i keep that set of leaves since its still growing a very healthy green? Should it be okay, and will it be okay with out the tips on the leaves? 
There are the pictures just for reference. This was yesterday though, today when i broke off the leaves, they were dark dark crusty brown.
