been growing since aug 19, think there big enough to start flowering or should i wait one more month??

Depends on how big you want your plant at harvest,but a general rule is 18" which will end up around 36" or 3ft at harvest since the size will double.
So if you want a 2ft plant you would start at 12". I personally like to keep mine short(under 2ft) but that's because i have so many.
