Questions about growboxes

One last question... would the heat inside the growbox produced by the lights to be enough to keep in the garage? Or would I need to keep it inside the house? I'm in Pennsylvania, its in the 40s in my garage this time of year.

It depends on how much you smoke. The growlab 40 is just over a square foot. If you smoke all day, it will be hard to keep yourself from buying some herb between harvests with that. The homebox XS is 4 sq ft, and I think just about anybody can keep themselves from running out of herb with one of those.

Regarding lighting, you can get some cfl's for vegging on a budget. I'd still get a hps fixture for flowering. If you are getting a box/tent like that get the hps. You'll spend more in fluorescents to cover that area effectively.
