I know this is a topic that probably has been discussed on numerous occasions so sorry if I am redundant. I have mites brought in on a clone someone gave me. I sprayed it with pyrethrum but it didn't work. I have now been using Neem oil. I sprayed every 4 to 5 days. I know it has been killing them as I can see under my microscope the dead ones. Still lo lots of eggs. I read somewhere that I should not spray ater the 4th week of flowering. So I did not. I have just entered the 6th week and Holy Shit!! Gazillions of mites are in my flower room now. All 12 plants have them. I saw on a film that someone in Cali used a vacuum cleaner to suck them up. I am not to interested in screwing up my vacuum cleaner with mites. I broke down and sprayed them again today. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Does the Neem Oil affect the taste of the herb if used too close to harvest? I hate the smell of it but I can cope with that. HELP.......
