Right now my plant is in organic potting mix and is about 6 week old. I just started useing nutes this week 24-8-16 to try and fix a yellowing and brown spot problem but to what I can see its not getting better or worse but its only been like to days. My question is what nutes should I use when flowering and is there a way to switch or should I just switch when I water.

Nutes take a few days to do anything unless you add too much, then you see results pretty quick.

Give it a little time they will get better. When it comes time to flower get yourself some nutes higher in phosphorous and potassium than nitrogen. Decide when you want to flower based on when your plants need feeding or watering than instead of using grow nutes use your bloom based nutes. Vitamin B is also great in helping your plants overcome stress and can be used throughout veg. But shouldn't be used in flower until the 4th week or until the plants are fully transitioned into bloom. Good luck.
