Quick question, when using the scrog method, are you suppose to wait till the screen is full before you switch to 12/12??? or do you switch it before it reaches the screen??? has anybody used this method with great success???thx.

I would imagine that you would scrog until 2/3rd or 3/4s of the screen is used to allow for some of the early flowering stretch. But I've never done it before so I don't what the best ratio might be.

hey, i noticed that one plant can fill up with ALOT of buds, so i guess you would need a lot of space for the buds to spread out on the screen....right now, im 6 weeks into vegging on my first medical grow. They looking real nice and bushy.....only 2 of em are, the other one is growing tall....eventhough i have topped all three (not at the same time)...just looking at the two bushy plants (cremea blue) they are already growing alot of shoots. So i know two of them would work great in scrog method. the other tall one, i might put outside. THE PROBLEM is SPACE.... The space im growing in, HEIGHT is not a problem (6ft), its the width and length, 15inch deep by 30inch length..... Would i have enough space to SCROG 2 plants???? if so, i was thinking i would have to train it real good, to spread out all the shoots evenly on the screen....thats the point right?? to get all buds at even level, to have them all receive same amount of light...Anyways, that is my question, would i be able to scrog 2 plants in a small space, and get good weight? going to flowering with 250watt hps, i think would work great with this size of space.....Please, any info would help... thanks again...............

That is a very small growing space, stick with one plant if you plan to LST.
To maximize use of your grow space it might be more ideal to grow a 1 (maybe 2 if 12/12 from seed) plants going straight up
